Section 498 : Far reaching changes have been introduced in this section of IPC which deals with legal situations arising out of a man-woman's physical relationship. Since Digital & Electronic Communication mediums play a very very important role as a supporting eco system for sustaining such relationship, hence Digital Forensics & Social Forensics leads getting generated from use of such medium becomes very very important for a advocate who wants to deal with clients requiring legal assistance as per provision of Section 498 of IPC.
