Sedition VS Dissent:

A pro JNUSU article terming speech by its current president Kanhaiya Kumar.. While article refers to various rulings from court, we found no reference of such rulings which may suggest that raising slogan against the country and openly advocating its disintegration is eligible as "dissent" under the constitutional provision of fundamental right of entitling an individual to have "freedom of speech"
